TULARE COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES


With a deadline of 6 weeks at hand, Tulare County Health and Human Services (HHSA) came to MMC to name a new department, create a campaign to introduce the new department to the general public, as well as concept and design various sub-campaigns for topics related to this new department. Within this short period of time, MMC concepted and designed multiple campaigns for each item, and held multiple focus groups in various cities within Tulare County to solidify each approach. When the data was collected, and the presentation was made to Tulare County HHSA, it was determined that all the proposed campaigns were compelling and strong – therefore each campaign will run as a cohesive promotion throughout the next couple of years. Launch will begin in 1st Quarter 2012.
